- Once we are working with you, we take the success of your business very personally, so we feel it is our duty to be as honest (which can sometimes mean somewhat harsh) about what we see, but don’t take offense because our criticism will ALWAYS be constructive and a solution will always be made available, just remember we want to be your friend and work WITH you to make your business the BEST.
- In order to best serve you, we will be the dreamers and creative minds your business needs in order to grow, which means that we may outsource certain tasks once we have developed their workflow or designed them so we can keep our time free to do what we do best. We select the best service providers and product resources very carefully, and all outsourced work is regarded with the same confidentiality you would expect from us.
- In spite of our friendly attitude, we take our work very seriously, and as such approach every aspect of our work with you with the utmost professionalism. With that said, consultation meetings must adhere to the task at hand. It is very common that clients feel so comfortable with their consultant that casual conversation takes place, but remember, consultation meetings are generally “on the clock” and we want you to get your full money’s worth.
- As a rule, we generally want to get every official plan, major decision and expense on paper and signed to prove your approval. You receive a copy of every signed document. This makes for a lot of paperwork, but in the long run is essential for the life of the project and thereafter.
